Cannes 12/15 is the experience of an activity program designed for teenagers seeking independence and adventure.
Each week’s program: an immersion in “Adrenaline” activities such as Laser Quest, Jump XL, and a treetop adventure park, followed by a “Fun” half-day offering relaxing moments at the beach, snorkeling exploration, or sailing outings.
On weekends, it's time to get away with excursions to iconic places such as Nice and Monaco, or a refreshing day at Aquasplash.
Evenings on campus are full of entertainment: barbecues, cinema, McDonald's, beach parties, disco, games, and cabarets await students.
Young people are taken care of as soon as they arrive at Nice Côte d’Azur airport, Antibes train station, or at the residences’ reception. From that moment on, the activity team will remain present and will also ensure the monitoring of each person’s exit permissions.
Our young students can benefit from parental permission to go out; below are the different options offered by the school depending on age. Please note that age is determined by the full date of birth (day, month, year) and not only by the year of birth.
Supervision
A 24/7 activity team
Our activity leaders are key contacts for our students, and the activity team ensures everyone integrates well from the moment they arrive within this small society that is a campus or a school. The activity team, its closeness, its joie de vivre, and the sense of safety it inspires in young people are essential elements for a successful stay.
Within our campuses, we follow a rigorous organization that meets specific standards: a center manager (coordination of all staff), an academic manager (management of the teaching team), an activity manager (management of the activity team), an assistant activity manager (deputy to the activity manager), daytime supervisory staff on the dormitory floors during children’s presence hours, and night supervision.
Safety
Strict control of entries and exits!
The activity teams record all student entries and exits and ensure compliance with parental permission and everyone’s return, leaving not the slightest chance to chance. At night, supervision sleeps on site—managers and activity leaders—while night guards have already been on duty since 7:30 p.m.
During the day, a free shuttle service connects the campuses to the city center or the beaches, while the activities at our kiosk comply with European safety standards.
No permission to go out alone
Free to go into town or to the beach after the end of activities and until dinner at 7:30 p.m.

Cannes, 30 km from Nice Côte d’Azur airport, is an easy-going city set along long sandy beaches.
Students will get around on foot and can enjoy the very trendy “Croisette” as well as the pretty “Plages du Midi”, less sophisticated and perhaps better suited to what they are looking for. There they will meet French teenagers their age.
Cannes is a city where young people will quickly find their bearings and make French friends on the beaches of La Bocca.
More than on the upscale Croisette, it is around these beaches frequented by French teens, behind the old port, that students will find the friendly and financially accessible ecosystem we look for at that age. The team of activity leaders will never be far away...
Choosing Cannes means choosing a rich language program that combines theoretical French learning with putting lessons into practice through role-play modules with the local community.
Through these modules, young people will therefore experience working toward a shared goal in addition to learning French. They will gain confidence to conduct useful exchanges in real life.
The program is open to young people aged 12 to 17. However, it should be noted that 15- to 17-year-olds are the majority on campus.
It should be noted that 16/17-year-olds can benefit from a parental exit permission allowing them to return to campus at 01:00 on Friday and Saturday nights.
Located in the heart of Cannes, in a central residential neighborhood surrounded by flowering gardens, this magnificent 30,000 m² campus, listed as a historic monument by the French authorities, offers a fully integrated living environment.
Everything is within easy reach: classrooms, accommodation, a large self-service restaurant, a mobile pool, and outdoor sports fields. Accommodation is provided in double rooms with a private bathroom (shower and toilet) shared between two rooms.
The school’s shuttles make transportation easier during supervised excursions or returns after free time authorized by parents. The campus is located only 2.5 km from the city center and the beaches.
No lectures, but an interactive activity in the form of role-play games that motivates children to speak up. Everyone wants to express themselves to defend their idea and naturally develops oral skills while losing their shyness.
The goal: get the child used to wanting to argue in French so that they gain confidence.
Depending on their language level assessed during the placement test which takes place on the Monday of their arrival, students have 3 hours of French lessons daily based on active teaching methods in order to stimulate young learners’ desire to learn.
Part 1: 2 hours of traditional work
These standard French courses for teenagers allow students to work on 4 skills (reading, speaking, writing, and listening):
Grammar, pronunciation, and French civilization (culture) also complement these skills in line with the recommendations of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Part 2: 1 hour of speaking activities
This hour, more active, light, and enjoyable, should help students love French. Each teacher plans speaking activities that complement the first part of the lesson in order to interact and build young learners’ confidence.
Intensive courses are intended for students who want to progress quickly. They offer general French instruction focused on acquiring the oral, written, and grammar skills essential for each level. Pronunciation and French civilization (culture) also complement these skills.
Depending on students’ level and in line with the recommendations of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, teachers create a weekly program of more than eighteen hours to help their students progress.
Thanks to the active teaching methods developed by the Centre International d’Antibes, teachers know how to capture young people’s interest and engage them in work on expression and written and oral comprehension.
Young learners are thus engaged in stimulating learning activities that spark the desire to learn during the 3h45 of each morning session.
