Choosing a Premium – Winter language stay means experiencing the very best of the Côte d’Azur while also enjoying the pleasures of the mountains.
Each week, students discover a rich programme:
- 1 day in ISOLA 2000 to enjoy the snow and high altitude;
- 2 excursions to Monaco, Nice, Cannes or other emblematic places in the region;
- a wide range of fun and varied activities: paintball, visits, creative workshops.
There are also sports tournaments, cooking workshops, theatre sessions and much more.
Available 24/7, our activity team organises lively evenings and accompanies the teenagers on all their outings, guaranteeing safety, team spirit and unforgettable moments.
Young people are taken care of as soon as they arrive at Nice Côte d’Azur airport, Antibes train station or at the residences. From that moment on, the activity team is present and also ensures that each student’s permissions to go out are respected.
Our young students can benefit from parental permissions to go out. Below are the different options offered by the school, depending on age. Please note that age is determined by the full date of birth (day, month, year) and not only by the year of birth.
Supervision
A team of activity leaders present 24/7
Our activity leaders are key contacts for our students and the team makes sure everyone is well integrated from their arrival into this small community that is a campus or a school. The activity team, their closeness, their enthusiasm and the sense of security they give the teenagers are essential elements for the success of the stay.
On our campuses, we follow a rigorous organisation that meets specific standards: a centre manager (coordinating all staff), an academic director (managing the teaching team), an activity manager (managing the activity team), a deputy activity manager, supervision staff on the floors of the residence during the day when students are present, and at night.
Safety
Strict control of entrances and exits!
The activity teams record all student entrances and exits and ensure that parental permissions are strictly respected, making sure everyone returns safely and leaving nothing to chance. At night, managers and activity leaders sleep on site, while the night security staff are already on duty from 7:30 pm.
During the day, a free shuttle service links the campuses with the town centre or the beaches, and the activities offered by our kiosk comply with European safety standards.
No permission to go out alone
Free to go into town or to the beach after activities end and until dinner at 7:30 pm
Possible permission to go out until 10:00 pm from Monday to Thursday and until 1:00 am on Friday and Saturday nights.
Several of our international students share their language stay in Juan-les-Pins at our school: French classes, activities, entertainment, accommodation... Discover their stories!

Juan-les-Pins, the “fun” district of Antibes, is actually the name of the town’s most beautiful beach, which has been joined by urban development.
Located between Nice and Cannes, Juan-les-Pins is a paradise for students and can be seen as the Saint-Tropez of young people.
For 40 years, we have been organising language stays in Juan-les-Pins. This town on the Côte d’Azur perfectly combines a relaxed atmosphere with French chic. In this human-sized seaside resort, everything can be reached on foot. Students can easily move between their accommodation, the beaches and the town centre, which are all just a few metres apart.
The
Premium – Winter
programme offers young people an exclusive stay combining comfort, learning and discovery.
They benefit from French courses in mini-groups, high-end winter activities and accommodation in high-standard residences.
Winter on the Côte d’Azur is a unique opportunity to enjoy snow in the mountains and then be back by the sea just a few minutes away. This double experience makes the stay even more memorable.
Every detail is designed to ensure the perfect balance between learning, relaxation and unforgettable moments.
Students aged 12 are not allowed to go out alone. From age 13, they can have free time to go to the beach or go shopping until dinner time. With parental authorisation, 16 and 17-year-olds may go out until 10:00 pm from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, they may stay out until 1:00 am and the school shuttles bring them back to the campuses.
Depending on their language level assessed during the placement test which takes place on the Monday of their arrival, students have 3 hours of French lessons every day based on an active teaching approach to stimulate young learners’ desire to learn.
First part: 2 hours of traditional work
These standard French courses for teenagers develop four skills (reading, speaking, writing and listening):
Grammar, pronunciation and French civilisation also complement these skills, in line with the recommendations of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Second part: 1 hour of speaking activities
This more active, lighter and enjoyable hour is designed to help students enjoy French. Each teacher plans speaking activities that complement the first part of the course in order to encourage interaction and build the young learners’ confidence.
The
intensive courses
are aimed at students who want to
progress quickly
. They offer general French teaching focused on acquiring the
oral, written and grammar skills required at each level
. Pronunciation and French civilisation also complement these skills.
Depending on the students’ level and in line with the recommendations of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, teachers create a
weekly programme of more than eighteen hours to ensure their students’ progress
.
Thanks to the active teaching methods developed by the Centre International d’Antibes, teachers know how to capture young people’s interest and engage them in
speaking and listening as well as reading and writing.
