Summer camp with fitness and dancing

The “Essential” language camp in Antibes has been in existence since 1985 and is the most popular in France.

This year, to meet new demand on the part of participants, we have partnered up with a dance school in Antibes to offer a program of “Special dance and fitness classes”. The program is recommended for those who have been taking dance or fitness classes for at least a year.

The French and fitness program

After French classes: dance, fitness and yoga from Monday to Friday, pool games, weekend excursions, evenings on campus...and, if the parents wish, permission to go off-campus in the evenings.

Our leaders, whilst accustomed to a close relationship with teens, are still strict on monitoring curfews and are on-hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. See also Antibes "Sailing" and Antibes “Essential". These programs are also on offer for day students.

French classes

French classes in the morning are attended by no more than 15 students per class.
Teachers prioritize a fun environment that is conducive to developing oral skills so everyone can gain in confidence.

Intensive classes for small groups are held on two afternoons each week for a surcharge.

On campus:
Surrounded by greenery, the campus offers classrooms, a self-service restaurant, a swimming pool and sports fields. Spacious rooms with shower and sink accommodate a maximum of 3 students per room, with shared toilets on the floor. A shuttle service is available to take students to the beaches or the center of Antibes.

This “French with dance and fitness classes” summer camp includes two hours of dance from Monday to Thursday with your partners from this pop-up dance company.

On the program every week: Participants will work on a choreography and perform it at a cabaret show on campus on Thursday with a yoga session on Friday evening to relax after a week's work. Moreover, “dancers” will be included in the general programs on-campus. Leaders are on-hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and organize pool games, host parties and take them on trips to the beach.

At the weekend (for 2-week bookings), a full-day excursion is planned to a site of interest in the Côte d’Azur.

Supervision 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Kids and teens are supervised from their arrival at Nice Côte d’Azur airport, Antibes station or the campus reception. From that moment on, the team of leaders will remain on-hand and will oversee permission to be off campus.

Our junior students can benefit from parental permission to leave the school without supervision. Below are the different options offered by the school according to the student's age. Please note that age is determined by the full date of birth (day, month, year) and not just the year of birth.
