The course

French classes are in the morning from 8.45 am to 12.05 pm with no more than 15 students per class.

During these classes, students of course work on compulsory grammar skills, but teachers primarily strive to focus on the relaxed atmosphere that is conducive to developing spoken skills so that everyone can become more confident in communicating in French in real life.
It is also possible to choose optional intensive classes 2 afternoons a week from 1.45 pm to 4.15 pm in
small groups of 8 students.

There are no lessons on the first Monday. You will take a test of written and oral French in the morning to assess your language level and assign you to a class.

Why learn French in Nice? Find out more…

Choosing to learn France in Nice means choosing a carefree way of life and a combination of learning
theoretical French, leisure activities and exploration of the culture of Provence.
From morning to evening, students are looked after and supervised by our activities team. Everything is in place to ensure that students feel like they are learning French whilst enjoying a made-to-measure vacation.

The advantage of Nice is that it is an urban coastal resort. Students can take advantage of the beaches and
seafront as well as the stores and restaurants of a big city.

To enable all students to be able to take full advantage of Nice's treasures, the school has provided a range of accommodation. All has the advantage of being close to the city center and the Promenade des Anglais so that after breakfast students return to their classroom where, in groups of no more than 15 students, they learn French and improve their proficiency. Classes are compulsory and open to all levels, including beginners.
For lunch, the campus restaurant offers balanced meals in the form of a buffet. Every afternoon, students take part in a program of activities and excursions through which they are also given the opportunity to practice and improve their language skills.

At the end of the day, students aged 13 and over can have free time to go to the beach or go shopping until 7.30 pm, just before returning for dinner on campus.
16 and 17 year-olds are allowed to go out until 10 pm on Monday to Thursday and up to 1 am on Friday and Saturday evenings subject to parental permission.
Accommodation is available on campus for all age groups and with host families for 13-15 year-olds only.
The course is also available without accommodation for day students.
