Positions available:

 

BOOKING OFFICE ASSISTANT – from April to September (Once a year only)
You will work in the booking office team and will be in contact with agent all around the world. You will follow up our students file and will be in charge of collecting all the information necessary to organize their arrival.
The following tasks will be also included in your everyday work:


  • Management of internal mails
  • Data entry
  • Photocopies, Fax, Telephone
  • Filing

 

ACCOMMODATION SERVICE – from March to August (Once a year only)
You will work in the accommodation service team. You will be in charge of the part of our student who have chosen to live in host families. Your job will be to contact our French host families to organize our students stays. The The following tasks will be also included in your everyday work:

  • Management of internal mails
  • Data entry
  • Photocopies, Fax, Telephone
  • Filing
  • Follow up files

BAR MANAGER – from April to September (Once a year only)
You will be in charge of the bar under the responsibility of the manager of "Castel Arabel" residence. Your job will be to create a sympathetic and convivial atmosphere, so that our students find at the bar a good place to meet each other. The following tasks will be also included in your everyday work:


  • Service of snacks and drinks
  • Cleaning of the bar
  • Use of a cashier
  • Help at the restaurant if needed

RESIDENCE MANAGER ASSISTANT – from January to June AND from July to December (6 positions per year)
Under the responsibility of the Residence manager, you will have to put on our Residence or Hotel. You will handle the technical maintenance of the establishment. You will have to supervise a team (2 to 3 people). The following tasks will be also included in your everyday work:


  • Reception of the students, help and inform customers
  • Ensuring that the client had left his room clean before his departure
  • Checking the common areas, bedrooms and classrooms are in order
  • Ensuring all technical equipments are in working order
  • Follow up and checking of the work in the residence
  • Exterior maintenance, cleaning of the garden and exterior areas
  • General maintenance.
  • Accompany the students and the residence manager for the weekly visit of Antibes
