THE ACCOMMODATION:
 The accommodation is in one of our residences, in a flat
(shared room), or in a host family. (In the summer season, the
accommodation could be in a dormitory).
Please note that you might have to move, from one
residence to another, several times during your stay.
Deposit:
150 € deposit will be requested upon arrival and will
be refunded when you will have completed your work exchange
program in accordance with your “practical work experience
confirmation”.
Opening of the French bank account:
Please note that you will be ask during the first week of your stay to open an account in a French bank.
Of course we help you to open this account providing you with all the documents necessary a bank address as
well as a contact person.
This operation is free of charge, having an account in the French bank is very useful because you won’t have to pay any fee to withdraw money with your international credit card.
For your information the school gets an allowance for the accommodation of students staying more than three
months, (this helps the school providing accommodation for free).
To make sure that the students stay in France longer then 3 months, the French government ask the number of students french bank account. If you are not willing to open the account we will unfortunatly have to charge you with the accommodation
fees.
THE MEALS:
All accommodation locations are equipped with a kitchen. Work
exchange participants can prepare their own meals. However, for
those who are accommodated in our summer campus without
kitchen, we shall provide meals. For participants accommodated in
host families, we provide half board (breakfast and dinner) if they
cannot use the kitchen to cook.
Moreover, we offer 50% reduction of public prices at our school
restaurant and café for work exchange participants.
