Cooking workshop the art of cooking and entertaining in Provence: "Jeannine's recipes"..

On Saturday morning, after going to the market with Jeannine, you will develop a typical French menu (starter + main course + cheese + dessert). Afterward, you will then sit down at the table to enjoy the meal with the wine of your choice. It will take about 6 hours to understand how the French prepare and enjoy their cooking (how they select the products from the market, how they make and balance their menus according to the seasons, how they choose their wine, cheese and Provencal dishes). This pleasant friendly moment will bring the week to an end. Your French language ability will be enhanced by this sophisticated learning experience at the same time.

"Wine-appreciation workshop, the art of wine tasting".

The workshop is divided into two parts : learn how to identify and appreciate fine wines, and then learn how to set up and manage your own wine cellar. Seven wines will be studied. This course on wine appreciation is directly related to a wine tasting workshop in a famous vineyard in Provence

"Olive and olive oil" tasting in Provence.

A whole afternoon is devoted to our French olives, the symbol of our region. The French people from the south of France are proud of their olive that is regulated by AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) olive. Olive oil tasting is an ancestral custom within the hinterland that is derived olive from crushing olive for its oil. ;

"Flower workshop, the art of decorating the table with Anne et Genevieve". .

3 hours to get the « savoir-faire » from these two artists and to make your own flower and table arrangements using natural resources (plants, leaves, flowers, stones...). At the end, you will have a new perception of nature, its colours, fragrances and resources. Just open your eyes !
