- Offered ONLY when the maximum capacity of Castel Arabel medium standard rooms and Villa Nador medium standard rooms have been reached.

Arrivals and departures
Students accommodated in host families are picked up free of charge from either Nice airport or Antibes train station.
Students accommodated in residence are offered the following transfers :
- One way trip provided by the school: 50€/person to/from Nice airport 15€/person to/from Antibes train station
- City taxis: +/- 50€ from Nice airport and 13-25€ from Antibes train station
- Public bus transit from Nice airport to the center of Antibes (1€)
Arrivals are expected on Sunday and departures on Saturday. Nevertheless, for the cost of an extra day or two, students have the possibility of arriving on Saturday and/or leaving on Sunday.
It is important for the students to arrive during the hours when the reception is open. If this is impossible, we will ask the student to reserve a transfer with CIA Antibes. Our driver will provide the students with their keys and room information. When the student does not need assistance, the keys and room information will be available at the reception:
- Residence Castel Arabel:
Saturday : 9a.m–12a.m and Sunday : 11.30a.m–7.30p.m.
- Residence Garret:
Saturday 9a.m–12a.m and Sunday : 11.30a.m–7.30p.m.
- Residence Villa Nador :
Sunday : 11.30a.m–7.30p.m.
- Residence Aragon :
Saturday 9a.m–12a.m and Sunday : 11.30a.m–7.30p.m.
- Residence Couleurs Soleil:

Deposit for the studios and rooms:
A deposit of 200€ is to be paid on arrival. This deposit may be paid in cash, Traveler’s Check or credit card and will be fully refunded on the day of departure, minus any expenses incurred as a direct result of damages, missing items, costs of repairs or any cleaning that may be necessary.
City tax: around 0,40€/person/night in our residences Castel Arabel and Villa Nador (medium standard)
1€/person/night in our residences Garret, Aragon and Castel Arabel (high standard) and 1,30€/person/night in Couleurs Soleil and hotel Ambassadeur, to be paid on arrival. These taxes are subject to changes during the year.

Bed linen is supplied for the duration of the student’s stay and are provided weekly.

Services available at the reception for a fee
Guests: if the student wishes to have a guest (in his/her single room), there will be an extra charge of 80 €/week.
Cleaning on the day of departure if needed: 50€/room.
Breakfast - Provided at "Le Château" school from Monday to Friday (5€).
- Available or from vending machines in the residences.
- At home for those staying in high quality studios.
Lunch - Self service at "Le Château" school from Monday to Friday (5-9€).
- At "Le Latino" restaurant for students in "Le Port" school (10-13€) or in one of the many nearby cafes and bars (4-6€ for a take-away meal).
Other meals - "At home" for those accommodated in high standard studios.
- Students engaged in a long program (8 weeks or more) living in the residence have access to a large, equipped communal kitchen.
- Other students have a large choice of other restaurants only minutes away by foot, ranging from cheap eateries to more sophisticated dining.
How to contact the students
All the messages (phone and fax) will be posted on the information board in the residence. Please note that the staff at the residences cannot transfer the phone calls directly to the students nor notify the students in their room (except in Couleurs Soleil, where rooms are equipped with telephones).
We deal directly with host families and visit them on a regular basis
Students may choose a single room or a double room with bed & breakfast only or with half board formula.
Note that students may enjoy full board by booking weekend lunches with their family and taking weekdays lunches at the school self-service restaurant.
If the student has to share a room, we will do our best to place him/her with another student of similar age whose first language is not his/her own.
The size of rooms may vary depending on the host families.
Students can ask the host family to use their washing machine. The family may charge 2€ per machine.
Note:
No double occupancy for students over 25 years old unless in case of simultaneous reservations.
REACH THE SCHOOL
We will do our best to accommodate the student within walking distance of the school.
This is not always possible and some students may have to take public transport (bus) to reach the school (maximum trip of 30 min.).
Half board: diners with the host family: 41€ per week.
Weekend lunches in family: 16€ per weekend.
Lunches can be taken at the restaurant at "Le Chateau" school: 5 to 9€ (Opened from Monday to Friday).
TRANSFERS
The host family will transport the student to and from Antibes
train station or Nice airport during the weekend (transfers during week days are at supplement).
ADDRESS AND INFORMATION
Students will receive all details on the host family within 4 weeks of their arrival.
Students should inform us if they have their own car. We know some very welcoming houses that can only be accessed with a car.
