Countries that don't require visas

For a short stay, visas are unnecessary (less than 90 days in France) :

Nationals of the member states of the European Union and the European Economic Community (EEC)

Hong Kong Special Administrative Region passport holders (People's Republic of China) and Macao Special Administrative Region passport holders (People's Republic of China)

For a long stay (over 90 days in France), the only countries who do not need visas are :

Nationals of the member states of the European Union and the European Economic Community (EEC)
