HOST FAMILY

Our families are carefully chosen and regularly inspected. Our host families are located in the Biarritz–Anglet–Bayonne area, a maximum of 1 hour from the school. Staying with a host family gives you the chance to take part in the family’s everyday life and completely immerse yourself in France.

Lessons for kids & teens take place in our Maison des associations school, located a maximum of 1 hour from your host family accommodation.

Good to know

If you want more freedom and independence, don’t forget to ask your parents to complete your permission to go out. We must receive permission before your arrival in Biarritz.

Cleaning:

Sheets are provided (not towels) and changed weekly. Students are responsible for their room and must keep it reasonably clean.

Meals:

All meals are taken with the host family, except lunches on Monday-Friday which are taken at the school. Picnics for weekend excursions are provided by your host family.

Travel to school:

Don’t forget your permission to go out !

Your host family will accompany you to the school on the first Monday.
You will then be required to walk or take the bus (max. 1hr).
On arrival, the student is given a card to access public transport
free of charge.
