Workshop « Let's draw! Let's paint ! ».This workshop is divided into 3 sessions of 3 hours each. According to their level, students will learn to create their own &lquo; work of art » under the guidance of a qualified art teacher. If the weather is nice, two sessions will take place in the old town of Antibes. Workshop « I created my own perfume in the city of Grasse ! ».You will visit the capital of French perfumes. In a proper laboratory of the famous perfumery Gallimard, you will learn in French and sometimes in your own language how to make your own perfume from A to Z under the guidance of a professional &lquo; Nose » (name, perfume bottle, selected mixture, notes...). The 100 ml perfume bottle will then be yours ! Workshop « Karine's secrets ».2 sessions of 3 hours each with Karine, a qualified beautician. She will explain how to take care of your hands and how to take care of your face. Each session is divided into two parts. First you will be invited to understand and listen to her &lquo; beauty secrets », then you will put her advice into practice under Karine's guidance Cooking workshop « From the market to the plate, Jeannine's recipes ».On Saturday morning, after going to the market with Jeannine, you will elaborate a typical Provencal menu (starter + main course+ cheese+ dessert). You will then sit down at the table to enjoy the wine of your choice. 6 hours to understand how the French prepare and enjoy their cooking (how they select the products from the market, how they make and balance their menus according to the season, how they choose their wine, cheese and Provencal dishes). This pleasant friendly moment will bring to an end the week at the same time as your French language will be enhanced. Botanical workshop : « Herbs and plants from Provence ».After identifying several plants found in our region, we will study their different roles as regards to health, cooking and decoration. The discovery of essential oils will bring to an end this workshop Visit « The history of a family, let's have a coffee at Mme Sanouillet's ».You will enjoy the evening aperitif at the Sanouillets', an old family from Antibes. You will be given the opportunity to understand better how the French live. Description and visit of the accommodation: what the lodging looks like, the structure and functions of the private and shared spaces. The furniture tells us a story : learning about the history of the family, its itinerary through a few objects and pieces of furniture. The budgets of the family : understanding the French way of living through their budgets and their household expenses (lodging, education, holiDays, public holiDays, taxes).
